1. We reserve the right to ask you and your friend for all necessary documentation and information to enable us to run this Refer a Friend promotion, comply with our legal obligations and protect against fraud.

2. We reserve the right to reject or cancel a Refer a Friend request for any legitimate reason at our discretion and in particular if we suspect that there has been any misuse of this promotion in any way. Misuse of the promotion can include but is not limited to:
a) non-compliance with applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction
b) creating multiple or non-genuine accounts
c) inviting existing Radius Telematics customers
d) making non-genuine orders

3. The referring customer must notify and obtain consent from the person they are referring prior to providing that person’s information to Radius.

4. We process referring customer’s and referred customer’s information in accordance with our privacy policy, a copy of which can be found here: Privacy Policy – Radius (radiuspaymentsolutions.com)

5. Radius Telematics accepts no liability for any use of the Refer a Friend promotion which does not comply with the FAQs and the Terms and Conditions.

6. We may revise the FAQs and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion.

7. We reserve the right to alter, suspend or cancel this Refer a Friend promotion at any time.

8. These Terms and Conditions as well as the FAQs are intended to be legally binding and are governed by English law.
